DIGITAL PRODUCTS — ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All products sold on english studies are digital downloads (PNG graphic bundles and design files). Because files are delivered instantly and can be copied, we do not offer returns or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

 

WHEN WE DO OFFER A REFUND

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will issue a full or partial refund if: you were charged more than once for the same order, the file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product description, or you have not yet downloaded or accessed the files and contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Contact us at TAGHAMAROUANE@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

We can't offer a refund simply because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong bundle by mistake after downloading it, or no longer need the files. Please review product previews and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
